little imperfections like birthmarks is what makes a guy like u more cause its in a place only he has the privileged to see. dont hide it. plus the loom of your partners " face" is hot. hes probs just as shy so just get more comfortable with each other and ull be walking in and out of the bathroom while you or he is hanging a crap in no time.
