Lost my falsetto. Someone PLEASE HELP.?

I am 16 years old. I don't believe this has to do with puberty because I matured pretty early. I don't sing very high or strenuous music. But I got kinda sick a little over a month ago and now I can absolutely not reach my falsetto which sucks because I used it a lot. Should I take a break from singing? Get a vocal coach? Is there a remedy to gain the falsetto back? Please help I am worried if it will ever come back..
