Is it hard getting accepted to Alfred state college, or a state college in general? How about Cornell?

I am a junior in high school, impeccable grades. I want to become a vet(I think). I was wondering how difficult it will be to get accepted to alfred state, or any state college, and how hard it will be to get accepted to cornell for pre vet and vet medicine
