Online high school and college.?

I am in the 9th grade and live in Denver Colorado and I am on an online high school. I want to become a doctor. To become a doctor you need to complete a 4 year degree from a 4 year college. I want to do that at metro state (Metropolitan state). I want to know if colleges like this or any big colleges look down on this kind of education. I know they want people who are involved in clubs and sports. I am not in any clubs, but i am in sports that are not with any schools. Again, i want to know if colleges look down on this kind of education or is it harder to get into college with and an online high school diploma. If so do you think i should switch to a regular school? Thanks.
