I unfortunately downloaded a program called Spyware Nuker XT, any clue on how to dispose of this?

Every single time I run a adware program to try to remove the lingering components the uninstall left it was come back as never being deleted and/or quarantined. Does anyone have any clue on how to get rid of these for good?!
