Do you agree with these historical figures about prejudice against women in education?

I agree with both of them. I've read Mill's subjection of women (its not very long), and it's a brilliant essay. Mill is a very influential philosopher and a great writer (unlike Kant, who is equally influential but his writings are truly painful to make sense of).
