Im a juvenile in virgina and i vandalized a building with $4000 of damge what can happen in court?

If it is your first offense, you will receive felony diversion if available which will entail you doing many many hours of community service. You (or your family) would have to pay restitution of $4000 and once it was paid in full it would be off your record. However, diversion is only available one time so if you have another run-in with the law, it won't be an option. Also, if this is NOT a first offense, you could be looking at some time in juvenile detention as well as fines of at least $4000.
