Jehovah's Witnesses it's almost time for the Last Supper [evening mean] why don't you partake but just watch?

I know that only the anointed cl or 144k are supposed to eat and drink, and everyone else just watches the plates go by, but can you please explain why you do it this way? Please use as many Bible verses as you like for support. Thanks!
