Where can i find a GOOD puerto rican restaurant!?!?! ?

I live in palmdale, CA. Anyplace in Los Angeles, or Santa clarita, or even the valley. The reason I ask because I want there kabobs called pinchos!!!! If any one knows, or got a clue...please, and thank you!!
