Who wants the writers' strike to end? Who would be willing to start a petition to do so?

I personally feel as a taxpayer and a citizen who pays for cable, buys dvds (legally), and use my hard earned money to watch televised series etc., should have a say whether they can interupt my programming. If they signed a contract to start a season they should be required to finish the season. I don't feel bad thay they are out of money that is part of making the choice to go on strike. I don't agree with actors getting paid millions but hey such is life get another job then and hire some more writers.
