Iexplore errors?

Alot of times while online the error comes IEXPLORE HAS CAUSED AN ERROR,IEXPLORE WILL NOW CLOSE.i also have one when im in messenger,MESSENGER HAS CAUSED AN ERROR,MESSENGER WILL NOW CLOSE.i have went to tools and checked the box for DISABLE SCRIPT DEBUGGING(was suggested in answers)what else can i do to stop errors occuring all the time?????
