HIV question?

Where is the most accurate information about HIV available? Is it at the CDC (center for disease control) website? Specifically, I would like to know about window periods and percentages. Ex. At three months 97 % of the population will or will not show antibodies to the HIV virus, as stated on the CDC website; is this accurate? If not what is? Where can i find the most accurate up to date information on HIV?
