To the people that say catholics go against the bible?

Have you ever studied Judaism? Catholics and Jews have a lot in common. We have similar rules, and our religious services are similar (of course they dont have holy communion). Wouldnt it make sence that the religion Jesus would start would have been similar to the religion of His earthly parents (and thus the religion He was brought up in)?
