My feet hurt SO bad and they are swollen a bit too?

I am sitting here they are just drooping down and they are STILL aching...When I walk today it is BRUTAL! Yesterday they hurt so bad but today not as much...My sister and I noticed the feet were swollen yesterday...What do you do about this? I know it can happen when you are pregnant I am 31 weeks...
