Why do people see tax cuts as being bad?

Yankeee that was in a different time when America was the most industrialized nation and global corporatists did not yet come to be. Today global corporatists rule the world taking their business wherever labor is the cheapest, taking advantage of those people and those countries, then taking their profits and move on to the next VICTIM. America and Americans do NOT want to be next.
